The research explores the potentiality for the implementation of hybrid learning systems at the Army Institute of Business Administration (AIBA), Sylhet. Currently, all classes are conducted only offline on Campus. The primary objective of this study is to investigate the challenges, problems, potential strategies, and solutions associated with introducing a hybrid class model. The research here aims to integrate a potential hybrid model for AIBA. With the technological aspect, using devices and software. Surveys and interviews were conducted to understand the perspectives of AIBA students regarding hybrid learning. The findings indicate that the majority of students prefer the traditional on-campus (offline) learning environment and express satisfaction with the current mode of instruction. Half Percent of the students agree that the Hybrid class is beneficial for them. For hybrid classrooms, there needs infrastructure (like a camera, Projector, sound system, and computer system for connecting online students) on campus as well as also some Technology Access (like Devices and stable internet connection) for the student needs. Research highlights the dual nature of hybrid learning, presenting both advantages and challenges. Finally, recommendations are provided to guide the proper implementation of the hybrid learning model.
